The foreign client needs a professional language support and often of a person available trying for as much as possible to create a liaison between the culture of origin and the place.

We offer a complete service supported on one hand by the ten years experience in the territory, and the many foreign customers on the other.

The professional interpreter is Mila d'Alessandro, regularly enrolled as interpreter and translator in Pescara, who has worked for years with notaries as a sworn translator and for privates in the translation of various documents (estimates, private agreements, etc...).

The figure of the interpreter is too restrictive with respect to the scope that we cover; the figure that we offer to our customers has far more widespread in the tasks and relationships. More properly we speak of a cultural mediator or factotum linguistic consultant  (English), who wants to be a solid, secure and trusted reference for investors who can count on the constant link of a professional who follows all the work and reports the progresses, who advices on things to do, and places to shelter from possible misunderstandings due to the mentality and customs of the locals.

Around this figure is linked much of our work which has as its center of interest, not the real estate (home/house, ownership), but the person (investor, buyer, tenant, etc...).
