Foreigners

Once upon a time it was enough to say that a foreigner was someone who was not an Italian citizen. This definition – to be clear – is still valid. Except that Article 17 of the EC Treaty institutes a citizenship of the European Union which is attributed to anyone who is a citizen of a Member State.

Real estate market PDF Print E-mail
Villa house with land AbruzzoProperty in Abruzzo in the last 10 years has had an explosion of speculative importance, and especially the last five years an increase in transactions due to heavy investments by foreigners (Anglophone and German).

MyAbruzzo aims to guide investment by qualified personnel (real estate agent, professional and technical reference), not only to the care of the first transaction (the sale) but also in the follow up to make the most productive investment in the most varied purposes (reinvestment, profit from rent, intended use).
