We take care of the customer at all stages of buying a real estate and in particular in the after-sale.

This means that regardless from having completed the purchase through or in cooperation with us or having purchased directly or through qualified third parties, we will be happy to take care of your property.
Of fundamental importance is to maintain a professional relationship based on trust, knowing that all fees and costs incurred will be clear, documented and reported in a transparent manner.

These are the phases and the tasks we will be taking care of:

1. If necessary to find professionals in the field of construction (architect, builder, surveyor, specialists in the construction industry) to renovate or build from scratch your property. The choice of operators is essential, and we're able, after years of experimentation and knowledge, to  identify figures highly reliable and able to manage very well the technical-professional-human relationships with the various parties (in Italy is a very important part to treat).

Construction of outbuildings or finishings with pools, fountains, garages, cottages; these are becoming increasingly popular and we are equipped to offer a complete service.

Care of the land: to properties in the country and provided with land we can find or offer professional services.

. Installation of supplies: connections (water, electricity, gas), facilities (water, heating and air conditioning) dealing with the bureaucratic public administration such as I.C.I. (Property tax) T.A.R.S.U. (tax on municipal solid waste) and treatment of the relationship between the user (owner) and the various agencies providing services in Italy.
5. Care of the property: the property must be cared for during periods of increased activity and usage (i.e. summer) as well as during periods of closure/non-use. Coordination of the people involved is one of our services, for example, house cleaning, cleaning and pool maintenance, tools and equipment, garden and much more.
